I'm not being conceited... you don't understand. On that day, I actually found out that I've lost 12lbs. after 4 months of NO RICE diet. I'm sooooo proud of myself. It feels awesome!

wow! that's great. I've been trying the highest level with eating with less rice... but after awhile... i would crave for it again. 4 months is amazing.!
